Burrata Sammy
Our unique sandwiches, or “Sammy’s” as we call them, all start with a thinly rolled round of our naturally leavened sourdough, brushed with olive oil and baked to perfection.
The Burrata Sammy is filled with creamy Burrata cheese and mixture of Basil, Dehydrated Roma Tomato, Chimichurri Sauce and crushed Pistachio.
Deliciously creamy with an umami kick and perfectly salty crunch.
